Sue Bauer began working in Course Development & Web Services (CDWS) as an intern during the summer semester of 2000, while completing her Masters degree in Instructional Systems. Following the internship, Sue was offered a faculty position as an Instructional Designer.
Sue taught in the K-12 environment for many years prior to coming to UCF. She enjoyed the satisfaction of teaching and the joy of observing children and their learning. She has continued that same satisfaction while working with UCF faculty and their online courses at CDWS. She enjoys working with faculty and developing their learning objectives and strategies.
Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Masters of Education in Instructional Systems. Both degrees are from UCF.
Sue enjoys the ongoing growth of online courses and the teamwork of the Instructional Design Team.
