What does it take to serve an enterprise such as UCF where technology is critical to meet the needs of its faculty and students?
Teams, espirit de corps, and imagination!
CDWS completes hundreds of projects through the collaborative efforts of ten interdisciplinary teams within the unit. Each team has a leader who motivates team members, oversees team processes and procedures, and facilitates work flow. Team leaders make up the Mastermind Group which meets weekly to coordinate and articulate CDWS projects and staff efforts.
